The Los Angeles Times’ Ann Brenoff reported late Tuesday on the listing of the 4,911-square-foot house by Hart. Indeed, records show that Hart’s trust placed this house on the market on October 7. Hart’s trust paid $2,800,000 in November 2005 to purchase the then-newly built, Spanish-style house, according to public records.
