Actress Mary Lynn Rajskub lists her 762-square-foot bungalow in Los Angeles’ Venice area
Actress Mary Lynn Rajskub has placed her 762-square-foot bungalow in Los Angeles’ Venice area on the market for $1,299,000.

The Los Angeles Times’ Ruth Ryon on Sunday will break the story of Rajskub’s listing of the two-bedroom bungalow, which is at 629 Crestmoore Place in Venice. Ryon will report that the bungalow is on the market for $1.4 million, while the Los Angeles County MLS shows that it is available for $1,299,000. Other listing sheets have indeed shown the bungalow on the market for $1,389,000.

Rajskub listed the bungalow after previously having rented it out to a fellow ‘24′ cast member, actress Mia Kirschner, Ryon reported.
Built in 1922, Rajskub’s bungalow sits on a 0.09-acre lot, according to public records. The actress paid $899,000 for the bungalow in December 2004, according to public records. Features in the bungalow include two and a half baths, the use of natural hues of grey, white and black, imported Euro materials, a master suite with a mosaic shower with three heads, walls of glass, and a detached recreation room with a half bath, according to listing information.

Ryon didn’t report this, but Rajskub’s current residence is a four-bedroom, 3,331-square-foot in Los Angeles’ Woodland Hills area that she purchased in 2005 for exactly $2,000,000, according to public records.
