Actress Khandi Alexander lists her four-bedroom house in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills for $4.495M

Actress Khandi Alexander has listed her four-bedroom house in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills for $4,495,000.
 

Hats off to our friends over at the Real Estalker for breaking the story over the weekend of Alexander’s listing of her house, which is at 8262 Woodshill Trail in the Hollywood Hills.  Records show that Alexander, 50, paid $2,850,000 in January 2006 to purchase the 4,126-square-foot house.

Somewhat surprisingly, Alexander is listing the house in the MLS with no photos.  But, she’s at the same time trying to capitalize on her fame, since listing information tells us that the house is celebrity owned.  Go figure.

Anyhow, Alexander’s house was built in 1991 and has four and a half baths, five fireplaces, soaring ceilings in every room, a walk-in closet, a gym, a library, an office, a pool, a spa, a three-car garage and a grassy side yard for dogs, all on a petit, 0.13-acre lot.  Listing information states the the house is ‘completely redone.’

Alexander has owned a variety of Los Angeles-area properties over the years.  However, apart from her Woodshill house, she has sold two other properties in the last two-plus years:

–Selling a condo at 1750 Camino Palmero in the Hollywood Hills in August 2007 for $395,000

–Selling a house at 425 N. Kings Road in Hollywood in late 2005 for $1,240,000

It’s unclear where Alexander will go after she sells the Woodshill Trail house.  When we find out, we’ll of course let you know.
