Actress/former MTV VJ Kari Wuhrer has sold a 3,283-square-foot, Craftsman-style house in Los Angeles’ Windsor Square area for $1,700,000. In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the soap siren’s sale of the four-bedroom house, which is at 239 S. Wilton Place in Hancock Park. Records show that the deal closed on February 4 and was recorded by Los Angeles County exactly one month later. Wuhrer, 40, and her film producer husband James Scura had purchased the house for $1,585,000 in February 2007, according to public records. Built in 1909, the house that the former “General Hospital” actress sold has three and a half baths, a family room, an unattached guest room, a remodeled period kitchen and two sun porches, according to public records and listing information. Wuhrer and Scura continue to own a two-bedroom, 1,348-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills that she has owned since she purchased it in 1997 (during her prior marriage) for $220,000, according to public records.
