Actress Jane Sibbett and her husband list four-bedroom house on 16.96 acres in Los Angeles' Topanga Canyon for $7M
Actress Jane Sibbett, who played Ross’ lesbian ex-wife on NBC’s “Friends,” and her writer-producer husband, Karl Fink, have listed their four-bedroom house on 16.96 acres in Los Angeles County’s unincorporated Topanga area for $7,000,000.
The Wall Street Journal broke the story on Friday of the listing by Sibbett, 44, and Fink of their “Trust Ranch” property at 1291 Will Geer Road in Topanga. The paper reported that Sibbett and Fink have gone to contract to buy a farm in Hawaii for about $2 million.
Sibbett and Fink paid $750,000 in mid-1998 through their Bob Trust to purchase the Topanga property, and then transferred the property into an ownership structure using their own names (and not a trust) in October 2003. Features on the property include a 6,400-square-foot house that was rebuilt in 2005 (public records call the house just 4,937 square feet) and that has four and a half baths, according to listing information. The house also has a family room, a large gourmet kitchen, and a dining room, all with plank floors and ceilings, according to listing information. Other features include four fireplaces inside and out, a nursery/office, decks, lawns, a vegetable garden, a six-horse barn, a large, fun arena, a medicine wheel, and 360-degree views, according to listing information.

The couple previously has lived all around L.A., including in a 1,388-square-foot house at 2144 Nichols Canyon Road in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills, which they sold in 1994 for $510,000, and in a 4,525-square-foot house at 343 S. Plymouth Boulevard in Los Angeles’ Hancock Park area, which they purchased in 1994 for $679,000 and sold in 1998 for an undisclosed amount, according to public records.
We’ll keep you posted on when the couple’s Topanga property sells — and if so, for how much — as well as on the amount that Sibbett and Fink pay for their new property in Hawaii.

They fly over buy up real estate,,tear down then flip it for a profit.,,Hollywood isnt what it used to be when I first stepped into this former glitz city.
