Actress Jamie-Lynn Sigler has sold her two-bedroom, 2,572-square-foot loft condominium unit in Manhattan's TriBeCa area for $2,900,000. Cityfile broke the story on Monday of the sale of Sigler's multilevel loft, which is at 25 Leonard Street in TriBeCa. Indeed, public records filed in the middle of the day on Monday with New York City reveal that Sigler went to contract on May 30, and that she closed on the deal on July 22. Public records show that Sigler purchased the loft in May 2006 for $2,150,000. The unit had been on the market for $2,850,000 (so yes, it appears to have sold for above ask), and has two baths. The loft is in a six-story building that has just six units. Built in 1877, the building, which is known as the Simon & Mills building, went condo in 1997. Sigler has owned at least three other properties over the years. These have included: --A seven-room, 3,274-square-foot house at 9904 Robin Oaks Drive in the Regency at the Lake development in Las Vegas, which she purchased in October 2001 for $467,500 and sold in January 2003 for $435,000 --A 5,517-square-foot house at 57 St. George Place on the BallenIsles golf course in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., which she purchased for $1.2 million in 2003 and sold in February 2004 for $1,345,000 --An 1,836-square-foot condo unit at 10795 Wilshire Boulevard (PIN # 4360-004-198) that she and her ex-husband A.J. Discala sold in March 2006 for $1,233,000 It's not clear yet where Sigler is off to. When (and if) we find out, we'll of course share it with you here.
