Actress Dedee Pfeiffer sells her 1,816-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Brentwood area for $1.15M

Actress Dedee Pfeiffer has sold her 1,816-square-foot, country ranch-style house in Los Angeles’ Brentwood area for $1,150,000.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on Pfeiffer’s sale of her house at 3594 Mandeville Canyon Road in Brentwood. Records show that Pfeiffer closed on the sale of the house on April 4, with the deal being recorded with Los Angeles County on May 2. The buyer is a Los Angeles lawyer who is not a celebrity.

We wrote about the Mandeville Canyon house on April 1, back when it was on the market for $1,195,000.

Built in 1955, the three-bedroom house on Mandeville Canyon Road has two baths and sits on a 0.25-acre lot, according to public records. Features include hardwood floors throughout, a large kitchen with a vaulted ceiling, a breakfast room and a living/family room combination that has views of the yard, according to listing information. Outdoor features include two Japanese-style dipping pools (hot and cold), a serene garden, a grassy area, a stone patio with a sitting area and waterfalls that cascade into koi ponds (koi fish included), according to listing information. Pfeiffer, whose sister is actress Michelle Pfeiffer, had purchased the house in 1998 through her Saucy Dabe Trust for an undetermined price.

It’s unclear where Pfeiffer is now living (readers?), but she’s believed to have decided to stay in the L.A. area. The online listing sheet noted that the house could use some “TLC.”
