Actress Dedee Pfeiffer lists her 1,816-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Brentwood area for $1.195M

Actress Dedee Pfeiffer has placed her country ranch-style, 1,816-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Brentwood area on the market for $1,195,000.

The Los Angeles Times’ Ruth Ryon on Sunday broke the story of Pfeiffer’s listing of her house, which is at 3594 Mandeville Canyon Road in Brentwood. Records show that the house currently is “looking for backup,” which suggests that a buyer may be imminent.

Built in 1955, the three-bedroom house has two baths and sits on a 0.25-acre lot, according to public records. Features include hardwood floors throughout, a large kitchen with a vaulted ceiling, a breakfast room and a living/family room combination that has views of the yard, according to listing information. Outdoor features include two Japanese-style dipping pools (hot and cold), a serene garden, a grassy area, a stone patio with a sitting area and waterfalls that cascade into koi ponds (koi fish included), according to listing information. Pfeiffer, whose sister is actress Michelle Pfeiffer, had purchased the house in 1998 through her Saucy Dabe Trust for an undetermined price.

Ryon reported that Pfeiffer is looking for a change but that she is planning to stay in Los Angeles. We would note that the listing sheet reveals that the house could use some “TLC.”
