Actress Catherine Bell has listed her 5,676-square-foot house in Calabasas, Calif. for $3,250,000.
The Los Angeles Times'Ruth Ryontomorrow will break the story that Bell, 39, and her actor husband Adam Beeson are selling their house of just over two years to move to South Carolina, where her series 'Army Wives' is filmed.
Built in 2004, Bell's five-bedroom house, at 5168 Garrett Court in Calabasas' Mureau Estates neighborhood, sits on a 1.092-acre parcel, according to public records. She purchased the home in May 2005 for $2,580,000 through her Garrett Court Trust, according to public records.
Features in the one-story Tuscan-style house include six baths, a large living room with beamed ceilings and hardwood floors, a master suite with walk-in closets, en-suite baths in all bedrooms, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a home theater with electronic reclining seats, and 'smart house' audio, video and lighting controls, according to listing information.
The couple purchased the home while it was being built, Ryon reported.
