Actress Brett Butler has placed her three-bedroom, 3,314-square-foot house in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills on the market for $2,347,000, and the actress already appears to have found a buyer. In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the listing of the home at 7321 Woodrow Wilson Drive in the Hollywood Hills by the 50-year-old, Alabama-born Butler, who is best known for her 1990s sitcom "Grace Under Fire." Butler has truly flown under the radar screen over the years as far as celebrity real estate gossips are concerned; a check of LexisNexis and of the blogosphere shows that the actress' real estate transactions *never* have been written about by any celebrity real estate gossips. Never, that is, until now. However, Butler clearly isn't above using her celebrity cache to try to sell the house. Listing information advertises for her property as being a "private celebrity hilltop compound." Public records show that Butler's Graceland Trust (obviously named after her TV show) purchased the 0.78-acre parcel in 1994 for an undisclosed amount. She then transferred it into her Wunjo Trust in 1999, according to public records. Built in 1950, Butler's house has three fireplaces, a master suite with a large bath and shower, an atrium great room, and an overscale living room, according to public records and listing information. The property also contains city and Hollywood sign views, a long, flat grassy yard, a pool, tall palms and a separate guest house, according to listing information. Butler already has an accepted offer on the house, since the multiple listing service shows that the property recently (on April 11) was reclassified to "looking for backup."
