Back on September 7, we wrote that the Heche house, which is at 141 S. Las Palmas Avenue in Hancock Park and which was the site of many a dispute between the couple during their ill-fated marital life together, had gone under contract, and back on July 12, we wrote an earlier, more extensive post on the $3,795,000 listing. And just over a week ago, our friends at the Real Estalker offered the fine scoop that TV writer/executive producer Matt Olmstead had purchased the house.

Now, in a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report the sale amount for the Heche/Laffoon abode. As the Real Estalker correctly reported first, Matt Olmstead was indeed the buyer. The sale closed on August 8 and was recorded on September 7, according to public records.

As we have previously noted, the house has four and a half baths, an oversized dining room that opens to the gardens and the pool, a large dining room, and an eat-in kitchen with superior appliances, an adjoining ante-room and butler's pantry, according to listing information. Other features include two bedroom suites upstairs, a master suite with a large terrace, extensive entertaining areas and an updated guesthouse and bath above the garage, according to listing information.
