Actress Anne Archer has placed her 1,592-square-foot condominium unit in Portsmouth, Rhode Island on the market for $1,100,000.
The Wall Street Journal's "Private Properties" column reported on Friday on Archer's listing of the two-bedroom unit, which is at 125 Cory's Lane in Portsmouth's Carnegie Abbey Sporting Estate golf and yachting club development. Built in 2003, the unit, which is on Narragansett Bay, has two and a half baths, dual living rooms, a wet bar, water views and golf course views, according to public records and listing information.

The Journal (not surprisingly) did not mention this, but Archer and her husband, producer-director Terry Jastrow, own at least one other residence. Since 1989, Archer and Jastrow have owned a 3,984-square-foot house in Los Angeles' Brentwood area that was built in 1949 and that sits on a 0.54-acre (23,653-square-foot) lot, according to public records. A March 1989 news account in the Los Angeles Times reported that the couple had paid $2,150,000 for the house.
