In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the listing of Ramis' former house, at 915 Del Norte in Ojai.  The MLS currently shows the house as 'looking for backup,' suggesting that a deal is imminent.  Features in the house include three baths and a new master suite, all on more than six acres, according to listing information.

Ramis, who now lives full-time in Glencoe, Ill., north of his native Chicago, quietly sold the house in Ojai in March 2006 for $3,955,000, according to public records.  It's unclear when Ramis had purchased the Ojai house, but records show him owning it at least as far back as 1997.
