Actor/comedian David Spade has listed his four-bedroom, 3,763-square-foot house on La Costa Beach on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, Calif. for $16,000,000.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on Spade's listing of his oceanfront house at 21606 Pacific Coast Highway, which he purchased for $9,300,000 in May 2005 through his Evening Star Trust, according to public records.

Built in 1948, Spade's house has three and a half baths, a pool, a sauna, an art studio and 60 feet of beach, according to listing information. The house sits on exactly a quarter acre, according to public records. Spade, 43, put the house up on the market on July 27. The actor/comedian obviously has been seen a lot over the last year with Heather Locklear (pictured), although sources have told celebrity magazines that the couple never were more than friends.

Spade has owned quite a bit of Los Angeles-area real estate over the years. Among the properties he has owned have been:

--A one-story, 5,341-square-foot house at 707 N. Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills that he purchased in 1999 for just over $3 million and sold in 2001 for exactly $3.4 million, according to public records.

--A 3,763-square-foot house at 454 N. Roxbury Drive in Beverly Hills that he bought in 2004 for $1.9 million and sold in late 2004 for $2,025,000, according to public records.

--A 1,283-square-foot house at 4507 Simpson Avenue in Studio City that he purchased in 2004 for $659,000 and sold in early 2005 for $800,000, according to public records.

--A 5,848-square-foot house at 1120 Wallace Rdge in Beverly Hills that he purchased in 2001 for exactly $4 million that he continues to own to this day, according to public records.
