Actor Tom Bosley’s sale price for his 3,772-square-foot house in Beverly Hills, Calif. finally has become available in public records, which reveal that the actor sold the four-bedroom house for $2,750,000. And at the same time, the actor has paid $950,000 for a 3,288-square-foot house in Rancho Mirage, Calif. bosley-i2.jpg In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can reveal the sale price for Bosley’s longtime (since 1981) home, at 2822 Royston Place in the Beverly Hills postal area. The English country-style house had been on the market last year for $2,950,000, and the actor sold the house on October 31. And although the deal was recorded with Los Angeles County on December 27, the sale price did not become available in public records until just recently.

We exclusively had written on January 9 about Bosley’s sale of the house, after previously having written about the actor’s listing back on June 14, 2007. Features in the Royston Place house, which was built in 1979, include five baths, high ceilings, hardwood floors, an outdoor veranda and a pool, according to listing information. Separately, we can exclusively report that public records show that on December 13, Bosley and his wife, Patricia, paid $950,000 to purchase a 3,288-square-foot house at 3 Exeter Court in Rancho Mirage, Calif., with the deal being recorded on January 28. We assume that the couple purchased the one-story house, which listing information states has granite counters throughout and travertine flooring, for themselves. However, one of the couple’s daughters and her husband also have their names on the deed, and it’s not clear whether the Bosleys purchased the house for their daughter or not.
