Actor Tom Arnold has listed his five-bedroom, 4,211-square-foot house in Los Angeles' Tarzana area for $2,275,000.  Harvey Levin's crack team over at TMZ.com broke the story yesterday of Arnold's listing of the house, which is at 4704 Caritina Avenue in Tarzana. We previously had broken the story of Arnold having purchased the house, back on January 12, 2007. 08-266081-8.jpg08-266081-9.jpg08-266081-10.jpg08-266081-13.jpg08-266081-3.jpg08-266081-2.jpg08-266081-4.jpg08-266081-7.jpg Arnold had purchased the house in late 2006 for $1,950,000, according to public records. As TMZ correctly noted (and as we also had noted back in January 2007), the family that sold the house to Arnold at that time had purchased it from 'American Idol' judge Randy Jackson in early 2005 for $1,325,000, according to public records. Jackson had purchased the house in 1998 for $620,000, according to public records. Built in 1956, the house has four baths, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and a master suite with a fireplace and cathedral ceilings, according to public records and listing information. Outside on the almost exactly half-acre, flat property are park-like grounds, a fountain and a pool, according to public records and listing information. Arnold's house in Tarzana came on the market on March 25. Check out an online listing information for the house -- complete with photos -- here. Arnold's estranged wife, Shelby Roos Arnold, has the listing for the house, as was the case with his previous, 7,646-square-foot house at 14046 Aubrey Road in the Mulholland Estates area of the Beverly Hills post office, which he quietly sold in late 2006 for $7,400,000. That house also had had an 'American Idol' connection, given that another of the show's judge's, Paula Abdul, had sold the house through her Happy Feet Trust to Arnold in 1998 for $2,300,000, according to public records.
