Actor Robert Loggia lists his 4,620-square-foot, Country French-style house in Los Angeles’ Bel-Air area for $3.65M
Actor Robert Loggia has placed his four-bedroom, 4,620-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Bel-Air area on the market for $3,650,000.
In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on Loggia’s listing of his longtime house, which hit the market on Monday, March 9.
Built in 1968, Loggia’s house has four baths, a dramatic living room, a family room, a formal dining room, and an upstairs with two large suites with finely finished baths, four walk-in closets, a large office/gym and a sitting room, according to public records and listing information. Other features include two downstairs suites that can be used for office, guest or maid’s use, and a two-car direct-entry garage, according to listing information.
Outdoor features on the gated, 0.57-acre (24,799-square-foot) lot include a pool and city views (but no loggia!), according to public records and listing information.
Loggia, 79, purchased the house in Bel-Air in 1996 for $1,450,000, according to public records. He spent more than a year renovating it, and during that time, continued to live in a house in the guard-gated MountainGate community in the nearby Brentwood area while the remodeling went on. (Loggia then sold the Brentwood house in 1998 for $1.2 million, according to news accounts.)
It’s not clear to us exactly why Loggia (shown here in 2000 with actress Minnie Driver) now has decided to sell his house in Bel-Air. We will keep you posted on his whereabouts as we learn more.
