Actor Justin Long has re-listed his two-bedroom, 1,334-square-foot house in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills area, this time for $1,245,000.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the fact that Long's house is back on the market -- and, what its new asking price is. We had broken the story back in August 2008 of Long's low-key, unhyped listing of the house for $1,495,000, which itself was $100,000 lower than his original listing price for the house.

In fact, Long's house has been on the market so much over the last year-plus that it's hard to believe that Long only has owned it since mid-2007, when he bought it for an amount that we would guess to be around $1,400,000.

Built in 1948, Long’s house has two baths, a kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, and a media room/den, according to public records and listing information. Other features include a high-tech security system, surround sound inside and out, and plans and permits for a second-story addition, according to listing information. Outdoor features on the 0.24-acre (10,498-square-foot) property include a large flat yard, a saltwater pool, a patio, and something called an ‘outdoor living room,’ according to public records and listing information.

Long and ex Drew Barrymore (shown here together) will appear together in the movie "Going the Distance," which is due out in 2011.
