Actor Justin "Get a Mac" Long has his 1,334-square-foot house in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills on the market for $1,495,000. In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the 30-year-old Long's low-key, unhyped listing of his two-bedroom house, which is at 2767 La Cuesta Drive in the Hollywood Hills. The actor (shown here in a blatantly staged beach photo with his now ex, actress Drew Barrymore) quietly has had the house on the market since at least June, but it escaped the attention of all of us celebrity real estate gossips -- until now. Long, whose best role in our humble opinion was in "Live Free or Die Hard," previously had listed the house for $1,595,000. Built in 1948, Long's house has two baths, a kitchen with top appliances, and a media room/den, according to public records and listing information. Other features include a high-tech security system, surround sound inside and out, and plans and permits for a second-story addition, according to listing information. Outdoor features on the 0.24-acre (10,498-square-foot) property include a large flat yard, a saltwater pool, a patio, and something called an 'outdoor living room,' according to public records and listing information. We exclusively had reported back on December 28, 2007 on Long's purchase of the house, which had occurred on April 4, 2007 for an undisclosed amount (but what we had thought to be around $1,400,000). Long now owns the house through his Moose Investors Revocable Trust, although he purchased it in his own name. Check out an online listing sheet for Long's house -- complete with photos.
