Actor Jason Statham is the latest celebrity buyer in the Broadway Hollywood building in Los Angeles’ Hollywood area, paying an undisclosed amount for an eighth-floor unit in the building.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the purchase by Statham, which closed on June 14 and was recorded on July 30. Statham, 35, joins a whole host of other celebs in the 10-story rehabbed former department store. We have written about many of the celebrity buyers in the building, including actor Danny Masterson, actress Charlize Theron, actor Wilmer Valderrama and Emma Heming.

Interestingly, some of the celebs seem to be clustering on only a few of the floors in the building. As we noted last week, Heming, Masterson and Valderrama live in units #610, #611 and #612, respectively. Theron and her beau, Stuart Townsend, own adjacent units on the top floor, while Statham’s unit is on the building’s eighth floor.

It’s unclear whether Statham plans to keep his house in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills, which he purchased in mid-2005 for $2,400,000, according to public records. Built in 1957, the three-bedroom, 2,281-square-foot house has three baths and sits on a 0.35-acre parcel, according to public records.
