Built in 1958, Linklater's house has one and a half baths, high ceilings, a large formal dining room, a renovated eat-in kitchen, hardwood floors, and a two-car garage, according to public records and listing information. The house sits on a minuscule, 0.09-acre (3,916-square-foot) lot, according to public records. Records show that Linklater paid $515,000 for the house on September 10, 2004 (deal recorded on October 15, 2004).
