Actor Garret Dillahunt and his actress wife Michelle Hurd have paid $1,350,000 to purchase a new one-bedroom unit in Manhattan's newly built, eco-friendly Riverhouse development.
In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the purchase by the acting duo. Records show that they went to contract to purchase their 21st-floor unit way back in January 2007, and that they closed on the deal on October 2. The deed was recorded with the city on October 16, according to public records. (City records show that the purchase price was $1,374,637, including "personal property.")
Dillahunt and Hurd's new unit had been on the market by the Riverhouse's developer for $1,375,000. The 1,092-square-foot unit has two baths and oversize windows, according to listing information.

Located at 1 and 2 River Terrace in Manhattan's Battery Park area and facing the Hudson River, the 32-story Riverhouse development has a total of 320 units.
Records also show that Hurd and Dillahunt just sold their one-bedroom co-op unit in the building at 41 Perry Street in Manhattan's West Village for $875,000. Records show that that sale took place in late September. That sixth-floor unit, which is in a prewar walkup building and which also has two baths, a sleeping loft, exposed brick, nine windows, and a skylight, had been on the market earlier this year for $925,000, as a write-up in the New York Times indicated.
