Actor Danny Masterson, best known for his role on “That ‘70s Show,” has listed his four-bedroom, Spanish-style house in the Beachwood Canyon area of Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills for $1,595,000.
Masterson, 31, paid $560,000 in 1998 to purchase the 2,567-square-foot house, which was built in 1924 and sits on a tiny, 4,857-square-foot lot, according to public records. Features in the house, whose listing first was reported by our friends over at the Real Estalker, include three baths, vintage craftsmanship, a “dramatic front door,” custom paint and marble, a gold leaf fireplace, a master suite with a retractable projection screen and surround sound, a large kitchen and dining room, a multi-terraced yard with a private pool and hot tub, and a two-car garage, according to listing information.
It’s unclear where the actor is moving. Masterson also owns a 2,672-square-foot, penthouse condominium unit in a six-story building in New York City’s TriBeCa neighborhood that he purchased in 2002 for an undisclosed price, according to public records. He also owns a variety of apartment buildings in the L.A. area, as well as a three-bedroom, 1,840-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Toluca Lake neighborhood that he purchased in 2005 and currently is trying to rezone into a multiunit project, according to public records.
