Actor Connor Trinneer has placed his 2,066-square-foot Craftsman-style house in Los Angeles' Bronson Canyon area on the market for $1,089,000.
In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the 40-year-old "Star Trek: Enterprise" and "24" actor's listing of his three-bedroom house in Hollywood, which hit the market on Monday. Its listing agent is holding open houses for Trinneer's house this coming Saturday and Sunday.
Built in 1912, Trinneer's house has one and a half baths, beamed/coffered ceilings, leaded glass, wainscoting, charming inglenooks and extensive stone, brick and decorative metalwork, according to public records and listing information. Outdoor features on the 0.21-acre (8,959-square-foot) walled, hedged and gated lot include a detached art studio, "secret gardens" and seasonal displays of color, according to public records and listing information.
The property's listing agent identifies Trinneer's house as being in the Bronson Canyon area; strictly speaking, however, it is not. The MLS classifies it as being in "Hollywood Hills East," but our best approximation of the neighborhood in which the house sits in Hollywood.
We confess we have no clue why the affable Trinneer has his place on the market. We'll keep you posted on what we find out -- just as we'll also keep you apprised as to where he's off to and for that matter, if this house even sells. Stay tuned.
