Actor Brian Austin Green lists his English Tudor-style house in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills for $2.395M

Actor Brian Austin Green has placed his four-bedroom, English Tudor-style house in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills on the market for $2,395,000.

Our friends over at the Real Estalker broke the story the other day of Green's listing of his 3,374-square-foot house up on Woodrow Wilson Drive in the Hills.

Built in 1923, Green's house sits directly across the street from painter David Hockney's longtime 2,819-square-foot house. We would say that Hockney (whom we have met -- and been photographed with) and Green (whom we have never met) strike us as one of the single oddest real-estate pairs in all of the Hollywood Hills (even more so than Greg Kinnear and Steven Seagal, who are next-door neighbors in Mandeville Canyon in Brentwood). Hockney, incidentally, sold the house next door to his 2,819-square-foot house in 2007, as we exclusively reported some months later.

Green purchased his house in early 2001 (about a year after "Beverly Hills, 90210" went off the air) for $1,650,000, according to public records. Features in the house include four baths, oak floors throughout, beamed ceilings, a living room, a dining room, a family room and a master suite, according to listing information. Outdoor features on the gated, 0.33-acre (14,164-square-foot) property, which sits on a knoll, include patios, pathways and a pool, according to public records and listing information.

Green previously had owned a two-bedroom, 3,130-square-foot house at 7217 La Presa Drive in the Outpost Estates area of Los Angeles' Los Feliz area, according to public records. He had purchased the house in 1994 for $513,000 and sold it in early 2002 for $1,095,000, according to public records.

Your Mama over at the Real Estalker noted that Green and his lady friend, Megan Fox, have been house-hunting in Santa Monica. We could envision them ending up there, although given Fox's tremendous celebrity, we could also imagine them going somewhere more secluded and with more security.
