Actor Brad Sherwood re-lists his 3,348-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Encino area, this time for $3.595M
Actor Brad Sherwood has re-listed his 3,348-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Encino area, this time for $3,595,000.
In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on Sherwood’s decision to re-list his house in Encino, which came back on the market on July 31. We broke the story last year of Sherwood originally hoisting the four-bedroom house on the market, which at that time had been listed for $4,000,000.
Built in 1962, Sherwood’s single-level house is inside historically celebrity-heavy Encino’s Royal Oaks area. Features in the house include four and a half baths, a “dramatic” media room, floors made of bamboo and slate, walls of glass, an open floor plan, a remodeled granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an oversized family room, a “massage room” or office, a viewing deck, and a master suite with a fireplace, his and hers dressing areas, a sitting area, an oversized walk in closet, and a steam shower and spa tub, according to listing information. Outdoor features on the 1.151-acre parcel include grassy areas, meditation spots, wooded trails, a pool, a security system, and a finished garage with built-ins, according to public records and listing information.
Sherwood (shown here with his longtime stage partner and pal, comedian Colin Mochrie) and then-fiancee (and now his wife), Se’ana, purchased the house in Encino in November 2006 for $3,350,000, according to public records.
Who can say where Sherwood is off to, but if we find out, we’ll report it here. Plus, we’ll also let you know when his house sells — and if so, for how much. Stay tuned.
