Actor and comedian Paul Reiser pays $755K for condo unit in Beverly Hills, CA; funnyman continues to own 14,547-square-foot mansion in Beverly Hills’ Beverly Park area
Actor Paul Reiser has paid $755,000 to purchase a one-bedroom, 1,174-square-foot condominium unit in Beverly Hills, Calif.
In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the ‘Mad About You’ actor’s purchase of the unit in the Durant Towers complex at 9950 Durant Drive in Beverly Hills, which closed on April 30 but which was not recorded with Los Angeles County until June 15, according to public records.

Reiser, 50, made the purchase through his Chatham Living Trust, according to public records.
It was not immediately clear what Reiser’s purpose is for buying the condo, particularly given that the actor continues to own the seven-bedroom, 14,547-square-foot mansion on 4.373 acres at 32 Beverly Park Terrace in Beverly Hills that he purchased in 1998 through his Chatham Living Trust for an undisclosed price (reportedly just under $6 million) from rocker Alex Van Halen, who had built the mansion in 1993. We just wrote about Reiser’s mansion – and about all the other celebrity-owned mansions in the gated Beverly Park neighborhood — back on August 21.
Features in Reiser’s new condo unit, which did not appear to have been on the market, include two baths, according to public records.
The five-story Durant Towers complex was built in 1964, according to public records.
As an FSBO have you wondered how to get on the mls. Wonder no more: FSBO mls listing.
