Actor and comedian and Bryan Callen has paid $1,300,000 for a house in Los Angeles' Silver Lake area and has sold his house in Los Angeles' Venice area for $1,310,000.

 

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the two transactions by Callen, 40. The "Mad TV" alum closed on the Silver Lake deal on October 3. The purchase was recorded on October 19.

 

Built in 1982, the Silver Lake property that Callen purchased contains a 2,358-square-foot main, Aspen chalet-style house. Other features include alpine vegetation, quiet wooded pathways and fountains, according to listing information.

As for the three-bedroom Venice house that Callen sold, the deal closed on September 20. The sale was recorded on October 18.

Built in 1923, the Venice house has three baths and measures 1,107 square feet, according to public records. Located at 929 Nowita Place, Callen's former house sits on a minuscule, 0.08-acre lot, according to public records.
