Check out Bob's real estate column in the Chicago Tribune from June 27, where he broke the news of former Chicago Bear (and current free agent) Marty Booker selling his condo unit in Chicago's West Loop for $465,000 and also cutting his asking price of his 13-room house in far north suburban Grayslake, Ill. from $479,000 to $430,000.

Bob also breaks the news of Chicago TV reporter Ben Bradley selling his house in Chicago's Southport Corridor for $1,250,000 (Bob previously had broken the story several months back of Bradley listing the house), and also of former Chicago Bears wide receiver Muhsin Muhammad cutting the asking price of his 7,500-square-foot mansion in Libertyville, Ill. from $1,128,000 to $999,999. (Bob previously had broken the news in April of Muhammad having the house on the market for $1,128,000.)

As if all that weren't enough, Bob also broke the news of a five-bedroom mansion in Chicago's Bucktown neighborhood that U.S. Rep. Luis Gutierrez once owned (from 1999 until 2001) coming back on the market for $1,250,000.
