While it is better know for
single family homes there are
many Oak
Park condo buildings.
Many initially were vintage
apartment buildings that were
converted into condominiums.
Recently there has been many
new condo buildings developed
in the area. Because of restrictions
on building due to historical
and political reasons it is
unlikely that new condo development
will continue much longer.
